Orders are dispatched the next business day. Delivery times exclude weekends and begin once your order has been dispatched.

All delivery times are indicative and provided by our shipping partners.

Address changes and cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, please wait for your parcel to ship and contact the carrier to request a redirection.

Order by Wednesday 16 December for standard delivery, or by Friday 18 December for express, for delivery in time for Christmas in Australia. Every order arrives gift wrapped by hand, with your message written on a card.

We dispatch Christmas orders placed by these dates in time for Australia Post's Christmas sending dates. For addresses in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and regional or remote areas, please order a few days earlier. Peak-season carrier delays are outside our control. Is my order gift wrapped?

Yes. Every order is wrapped by hand in our signature Haus Duchess gift box with a ribbon seal, with your message written on a card.

Will the parcel reveal what is inside?

No. The outer packaging is plain and unmarked, with no product name or branding on the outside.

Can you send it directly to her?

Yes. Enter her address as the delivery address at checkout and we will send it straight to her, with your message inside.

What if the size is not right?

She can exchange it for another size, free of charge, within 45 days of delivery.

Complimentary size exchange. If the size is not right, exchange it for another size within 45 days of delivery. We cover shipping on the new size.

Change of mind. Return your piece within 45 days of delivery for store credit to the value paid.

Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene liner, tags and packaging intact. Read our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

For international orders, duties and taxes (where applicable) are calculated at checkout so your parcel is not held up on arrival. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
